THIS SITE IS BROUGHT TO YOU BY THE NATIONAL SHOOTING SPORTS FOUNDATION, INC. (“NSSF”), THE US SPORTSMEN’S ALLIANCE (“USSA”) AND THE NATIONAL WILD TURKEY FEDERATION (“NWTF”).

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE STATEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING THIS SITE.  By accessing the Families Afield web site, online visitors acknowledge that they have read and agree to be bound by this Terms of Use Statement, our Privacy Statement and all applicable laws.  If visitors do not agree to these conditions, they should not use the Families Afield site.  The NSSF, the USSA, and/or the NWTF reserve the right to change, add, remove or otherwise modify portions of this Terms of Use Statement at any time.  Visitors should check this page frequently for changes.  The continued use of the Families Afield site following the posting of any changes to this Terms of Use Statement means visitors accept those changes.

Jurisdictional Issues
Neither the NSSF, the USSA, the NWTF, nor any of their respective affiliates make any representation that information or materials on the Families Afield web site are appropriate or available for use in any particular location.  Visitors who choose to access the Families Afield site do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable jurisdictional laws.

Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the NSSF, the USSA, the NWTF, or any of their respective affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages (including lost profits) that arise out of or in connection with any failure of performance, errors, inaccuracies, omissions, defects, interruption, deletion, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of any content or materials on the Families Afield web site, or the use or inability to use the Families Afield site or any content or materials therein.

Indemnification
Each visitor to the Families Afield web site agrees to defend, indemnify and hold the NSSF, the USSA, the NWTF, their affiliates, and each of their respective current and former directors, officers, employees, agents and volunteers harmless from and against any claims, demands, actions, suits, proceedings, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs) due to or arising out of or in connection with his or her misuse of the Families Afield or any violation of this Terms of Use Statement. 

Choice of Law
All matters relating to access or use of the Families Afield web site, including all disputes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflicts of law principles.  If any provision of this Terms of Use Statement, or any portion thereof, is held to be invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalid or unenforceable provision or portion shall not affect the remainder of this Terms of Use Statement.

Disputes
For disputes involving the unauthorized use of any proprietary material contained on the Families Afield web site, the NSSF, the USSA, and the NWTF shall have the option and right to seek a temporary restraining order, injunction or other equitable relief in any federal or state court of Connecticut, the jurisdiction of which each visitor expressly and irrevocably gives his or her consent.  The NSSF, the USSA, and the NWTF, at their sole discretion, may require visitors to submit any other disputes arising from the use of the Families Afield site or relating to this Terms of Use Statement to final and binding arbitration in Stamford, Connecticut under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect as of the date such arbitration proceeding commences.  Notwithstanding these rules, however, such proceeding shall be governed by the laws of the United States and Connecticut as set forth immediately above.  Any award made may be confirmed in any competent court having jurisdiction.

This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the matters contained herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by the NSSF, the USSA, and/or the NWTF.

Communications From NSSF, USSA & NWTF - Opt-In/Opt-Out
Visitors can always opt-in or opt-out of receiving periodic communications from the NSSF, the USSA and/or the NWTF.
